Summary : Malaysia-Turkey collaboration

According to Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Malaysia is going collaborate with Turkey to develop Covid-19 vaccine and related medicine. The President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed to combine strength with Malaysia to battle the spread of the coronavirus. Cases in Turkey are high and Muhyiddin expressed his sympathy in a phone call with the President. They also discussed to strengthen the ties and cooperation in various field like trading and tourism. Summary: Malayisia's lowest case since MCO (TheEdge)

COVID-19 cases in Malaysia had dropped to the lowest number of infections since the first day of MCO. The total cases recorded are 7,629 according to the health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisyam Abdullah. 10 new cases today were all local transmission with five non-Malaysian. Total number of recoveries are 6,169 with 80.9% of all cases. While active cases had dropped to 1,345 after 86 more recoveries are recorded. I received a text message from my friend that told me about her conflicted situation where she was met with unresolved confusion. “Guy A wants told my mom that he wanted to ‘masuk minang’ after he graduated this year but he didn’t say anything to me. Summary: School reopens from 24 June

Malaysia will begin opening schools starting 24 June as the country enters recovery mode after three months of strict movement control to contain the spread of the coronavirus. The country had started to lift most of the restrictions since Wednesday after the government declared that the outbreak was under control. Schools will be reopened in stages starting with students facing SPM, STPM, and STAM according to Education Minister Mohd Radzi Md Jidin. Around 500,000 students from 2,440 schools will be involve.
