Eid-Fitri 2020

Assalamualaikum and Hi. Welcome back to my story morry ❤️ Today I want to tell you guys how I feel my first feeling during my festival celebration which is eid-Fitri.
First of all, I feel like this year was very different from the previous one. Two days before eid, my family and I were packing our stuff to go back to our village in Terengganu. But this year we can’t do that because of Covid-19 pandemic still occur. Trust me, I’m really sad about this happened. Whatever is gone, life must go through.
So, we go to the highlight story, my family and I were waking up early in the morning. We take a shower (mandi sunat Raya), Takbir Raya, solat sunat Raya berjemaah with my family, eid-greetings with my family, and the most that I am happy in the world is I am still got the eid-money. But I still unhappy inside because we can’t go everywhere especially my village. So, I am just praying to Allah that we all live to stay healthy and stay safe.
Actually, on the first day of eid, I forgot to iron my baju kurung Raya and its shawl. I am very rushingly to iron because my neighbor wants to come to my house that afternoon. Poorly, I am late. I am doing my job until I finished and tadaaa I come out from my room and hug faster to my beloved neighbor. Yes, they were very kind to us and feel like our family too. We are so close.
Before I forgot, my mom very good at cooking. I very love her cooking. My mom’s cook chicken rendang, lontong, nasi impit, ketupat palas, and kuah kacang. The lemang I bought from my friend near my house. All of this kind of food is my favorite since I kid till now especially the chicken rendang, yummy.
After my neighbor back to their house, my family and I clean the dish and so on at the sink. Then, my eldest brother and his wife appeared in front of my door surprisingly. That was a very miracle, I thought they didn’t come because my sister in law still confinement at that time. She was very cute to carry a newborn baby at her chest. Now I got two nieces.
In the evening, my fiancee and his sister come to my house. His family will come to my house on the third eid-Fitri because they have guests at their house at that time. We are sad also because basically in the first eid we represent in our village now. His village at Perak accurately boundary in Selangor.
At night, my family and I except my eldest brother with his family were going to my neighbor's house to eid. There have only my mother’s friends that I am so comfortable with them. We enjoy our eid-Fitri with them even we can’t go back to our village respectively.
Last but not least, this is my spending quality time during eid-Fitri with my beloved family. We must keep hygiene everywhere we go. It is to make sure our life stay healthy and care without any worries. The important stuff which is a face mask, hand sanitizer, and our temperature body must always take the count to make sure it does not have any infection to others.
