According to Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin,
Malaysia is going collaborate with Turkey to develop Covid-19 vaccine and
related medicine. The President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed to
combine strength with Malaysia to battle the spread of the coronavirus. Cases
in Turkey are high and Muhyiddin expressed his sympathy in a phone call with
the President. They also discussed to strengthen the ties and cooperation in
various field like trading and tourism. Topic on fighting for the Palestine
were brought up as well where both parties agreed to support the freedom of the
Palestinian state.
